摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备铝酸锶系荧光粉 ,采用两种沉淀剂草酸和氨水同时加入的方法 ,成功地获得了组成符合要求的、混合均匀的 Sr C2 O4、Al(OH) 3和 Eu(OH) 3的共沉淀。用这种共沉淀物可以在较低的温度下 (110 0℃ )合成单相的 Sr Al2 O4:Eu2 + 荧光粉。
The homogeneous sedimental mixture of SrC 2O 4, Al(OH) 3 and Eu(OH) 3 has been prepared by chemical coprecipitation applying two kinds of precipitant oxalic acid and ammonia. With this coprecipitate monophase SrAl 2O 4:Eu 2+ phosphor has been synthesized at lower temperature 1 100℃. The excitation and emission spectra as well as phosphorescence time of the phosphor are reported.
