摘要
将垫片性能、螺栓强度和介质压力等设计参数视为正态分布的随机变量 ,建立了以最大允许泄漏率为设计准则的密封连接可靠性设计方法 ,该方法可在所要求的可靠度下设计出合理的连接结构 ,指导密封元件的选用 ,从而保证密封连接安全可靠。这一工作有可能使现行规范中的密封设计由主要依据连接结构强度的设计方法发展成以密封可靠性和连接强度可靠性为设计准则的“可靠性设计”方法。
Some design parameters such as gasket performances, bolt strength, medium pressure are regarded as random variables of normal distribution. The reliability design method of seal connections is put forward based on the criterion of the maximal allowable leaks. This method can be used to design flanged joints and direct the selection of seal components, so the safety of bolt connection systems can be assured. On the basis of this work it is also possible that the seal design procedure prescribed in the codes in effect and mainly based on the strength criterion will be developed into the “reliability design procedure” based on the sealing reliability.
