前列腺特异性抗原的临床应用价值 被引量：11

摘要 目的:总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)和游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)在前列腺癌良、恶性的鉴别诊断上无明显差别,然而比较良、恶性活检组的游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)与总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)的比值(%fPSA均值)发现在前列腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断有着显著地差别。方法:使用罗氏E601和罗氏E411电化学发光免疫分析仪及其配套试剂总前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)定量试剂盒、游离前列腺特异性抗原测定试剂盒检测总前列腺特异性抗原和游离前列腺特异性抗原并且计算出游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)与总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)的比值(%fPSA均值)。结果:总前列腺特异性抗原在前列腺癌良、恶性的鉴别诊断上无明显差别;游离前列腺特异性抗原也在前列腺癌良、恶性的鉴别诊断上无明显差别,而游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)与总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)的比值(%fPSA均值)在前列腺癌良、恶性的鉴别诊断上有明显差别。结论:游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)与总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)的比值(%fPSA均值)在前列腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断有显著地差别。
