小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱对老年哮喘的治疗效果探讨 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱对老年哮喘的治疗效果。方法:选取93例老年哮喘患者随机分成研究组47例和对照组46例。所有患者都使用布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,同时给予研究组患者茶碱控释片口服。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗前、后的FEV1值。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为95.74%,对照组为82.61%,P<0.05;研究组治疗前的FEV1为(1.79±0.83),对照组为(1.77±0.92),P>0.05;研究组治疗后的FEV1为(2.52±0.64),对照组为(2.23±0.71),P<0.05。结论:小剂量糖皮质激素与茶碱联合可有效地提高对老年哮喘患者的治疗效果。
