摘要 世界水泥工业的发展进程可分为索取型→粗放型→质量效益型→环境材料型这四个阶段。目前,我国的水泥工业仍处于粗放型阶段,其能源和资源消耗大、污染排放大;而西方发达国家已经进入环境材料型发展阶段。作者对我国水泥工业的“环境负荷”现状进行了详细的统计、分析和研究;在此基础上,介绍了建设我国环境材料型水泥工业能够利用的十五个方面的科学理论和技术成果。此外,文中对水泥材料的环境协调性评价方法也作了介绍。 The development course of the world cement industry can be divided into four stages from demanding type to extensive type to quality benefit type to environmental material type. At present,the cement industry in our country is still in the extensive stage with high consumption of energy and resources and large polluting emission. While the west developed countries have gone into the environmental- friendly material type stage. The author makes detailed statistics,analysis and study on the present'environmental burden' conditions in the cement industry of our country. On such a basis,the author introduces 15 respects of scientific theories and technical achievements which can be used to construct environmental material cement industry in our country. Besides,this article introduces the environmental coordination evaluating method of the cement material.
