乳腺交界性叶状肿瘤伴上皮癌变一例 被引量：2

摘要 乳腺叶状肿瘤（ phyllodes tumor）内伴有上皮癌变，是一种少见疾病，大部分良性或恶性叶状肿瘤伴有上皮癌变，交界性叶状肿瘤发生癌变的病例更为罕见，且其临床表现缺乏特异性。吉林大学第一医院收治1例，现将该病例的临床诊治结合文献，报告如下。
