摘要 提出一种动态水文气象环境信息显示系统.使用气象、海洋预报服务部门提供的相关信息,在电脑上动态显示舰船24 h和48 h所能达到海区的各种水文气象要素信息.根据对所关心舰船在不同水文气象条件下航行安全性的统计,使用风险分析理论和技术,可对所关心舰船2天内可能到达目标海区航线的安全性进行客观、定量地仿真评价,可为指挥人员选择最为适当的舰船出航,提供科学决策的重要依据. A dynamic indication system based on meteorologi-cal and hydrologic information was presented .Using the infor-mation from weather and ocean forecasting organizations , the meteorological and hydrologic information in the sea area where the ship can reach in 24 h and 48 h was shown .Ac-cording to the navigation safety statistics of different ships un-der different conditions , safety assessment on the courses of target sea area within 2 days for concerned ships can be made based on the theory and technique of risk analysis .The actual simulation result shows that the proposed system can be used to make safety assessment for ships ’ courses objectively and quantitatively , which can provides important basis of scientific decision-making for commanders to choose the most suitable ship and course to perform the mission .
