急性脑梗塞患者血清缺血修饰蛋白的变化及意义

摘要 目的:研究急性脑梗塞患者血清缺血修饰蛋白(ischemia modified albumin,IMA)的变化规律,探讨血清缺血修饰蛋白对急性脑梗塞的诊断价值。方法:随机入选126例在杭州市第三人民医院急诊室就诊的患者,签署知情同意书,入院后随即测定IMA水平,最终颅脑MRI确诊脑梗塞。IMA水平的测定采用白蛋白-钴结合试验(ACB试验)。结果:脑梗塞组的平均IMA水平为93.30±15.20U/ml,对照组的平均IMA水平为75.65±13.05U/ml(P=0.000,95%CI,12.42,22.89)。结论:急性脑梗塞患者的血清IMA水平明显增高,其在急性脑梗塞的诊断方面具有较高价值。
