致密油水平井体积压裂工厂化作业模式研究 被引量:43

摘要 随着全球油气公司逐步加大对致密油气藏、页岩气藏等非常规油气藏实施勘探开发力度,水平井压裂技术目前己成为提高非常规油气田开发综合效益的主体技术。而致密油气的高效开发离不开水平井压裂增产技术。目前,水平井压裂增产技术也逐步向多级分段压裂、大规模分段多簇的"体积压裂"的趋势发展,工厂化作业已经成为致密油气高效率低成本开发的模式。通过研究致密油水平井体积压裂改造技术的发展趋势,分析国内外体积压裂工艺的完井方式、储层改造方式和工厂化的作业模式,围绕致密油开发技术、生产作业模式和组织管理模式等多个方面形成可复制的标准开发模式和规范,为国内各油田水平井体积压裂"工厂化"技术模式的设计和选择提供依据和参考。 As international oil and gas companies work harder on the development of unconventional reservoirs such as tight oil and gas reservoirs,shale gas reservoirs,fracturing in horizontal wells has become the key technology to enhance overall development profit of unconventional reservoirs,the high efficient production of tight oil and gas,an important member of unconventional oil and gas,no exception,depends heavily on fracturing in horizontal wells too. Currently,the fracturing in horizontal wells is trending toward multi-phase and large-scale volumetric fracturing. Factory-like operation has become a mode of high-efficient and low-cost development for tight oil. Based on the research on volumetric fracturing trend in horizontal wells,the well completion modes,reservoir stimulation ways and factory-like operation,technologies,operation and organizational modes for tight oil production have been established as reproducible standards,which can provide basis and references for the design and selection of volumetric fracturing of horizontal wells in factory-like mode.
