摘要 随着互联网的广泛应用和移动终端设备的普及,存储在不同终端或社会网络环境中的个人信息如何同步、整合、备份和共享等问题成为人们关注的焦点。如何提升个人云存储服务质量,提高用户满意度,从而更好地满足用户需求是亟待解决的问题。主要是探讨影响个人云存储服务用户满意度的主要因素,以美国顾客满意度指数为理论基础构建个人云存储用户满意度概念模型,通过问卷调查法收集用户数据,利用结构方程模型和相关软件对数据进行分析和处理,为优化和提升个人云存储服务提供指导和借鉴。 With the wide application of Intemet and the popularity of mobile devices, the synchronization, integration, backup and sha- ring of personal information stored in different terminals or social network environment become the focus of the public. How to improve the service quality of personal cloud storage and user's satisfaction and meet user's demand is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper main- ly discusses the main factors that influence user's satisfaction of personal cloud storage, constructs the concept model of user's satisfaction based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index theory, collects user's data through questionnaire survey, and processes the data using the structural equation model and related software, which provides guid,ance and reference to optimize and improve personal cloud storage service.
