摘要
在高职院校化工类专业的毕业生往往到了企业单位,存在不能较快上岗、动手能力差等问题。为了积极开展教育教学改革,培养化工类人才的需要,开展化工类人才实训教学模式。我学院以真实的均酐装置为载体,为了教学的需要,对均酐装置进行改造,开发工程化实训装置,运用"理实一体化"、"工作过程系统化"、"工学结合"的教学理念开展教学活动。
In the Higher Vocational College of chemical specialty graduates tend to enterprises, there can not quickly mount guard, hands-on ability. In order to carry out the reform of education and teaching, to cultivate chemical talents, developing talents training mode of chemical engineering. My school in real output device as the carrier, to the needs of teaching, carries on the transformation to the output device, the development of engineering training device, the use of "integration of theory and practice", "systematic process", "combination" teaching philosophy of teaching activities.
