摘要
V型刚构连续梁组合钢管混凝土拱桥是一种内外超静定结构,施工过程复杂,随着施工过程结构不断的发生着体系转换。吊杆张拉过程也直接影响吊杆的最终成桥索力和结构的成桥受力状态。通过对年楚河特大桥主桥V型刚构加拱组合结构吊杆施工过程有限元仿真模拟计算,研究了该桥吊杆采用一级张拉和多级张拉对结构变形、受力的影响。考虑该桥的实际情况提出针对该桥的吊杆张拉施工过程。
The V-shaped rigid frame continuous beam combined arch bridge is an internal and external hyperstatic structure. Its construction process is complex. The structure is continuously and systemically transformed with the construction process. The suspender tensioning process also directly affects the final bridge cable force of suspender and the bridge stress state of structure. According to the finite element simulating calculation of the V-shaped rigid frame arch combined structure suspender construction process of the main bridge for Nianchu River Bridge, the article researches the influence of the one-step tension and the multi-step tension of this bridge suspender on the structural deformation and stress, and based on the practical condition of this bridge, proposes the tension construction process of this bridge suspender.
