摘要
目前，我国汽车行业存在的主要问题有，产业结构不合理；没有形成规模经济；产品结构不合理；开发能力薄弱；劳动生产率低；没有形成汽车服务贸易体系等。加入ＷＴＯ后，中国经济将融入全球经济一体化中，我国汽车工业整车受影响最大的是轿车；而受冲击最严重的是汽车零部件工业。要适应进入ＷＴＯ后的新形势，应加速汽车行业的组织结构调整、加大技术创新力度、改革投融资体制、改善汽车消费环境、建立和规范汽车贸易服务体系。政府部门要适应形势，改变职能，加强宏观调控，指导汽车行业产业结构调整，制定重点扶植政策等。
At present, the main contradictions and questions in automotive circle in our country are: unreasonable industrial structure, unformed scale economy, unreasonable product structure, weaker product developing ability, lower labouring production rate, unformed automotive service and trade system, etc. China economy shall join in the integration of world economy after joined in WTO, the cars in the whole vehicles in China's automotive industry shall be affected severely while China's automotive component and part industry shall be impacted most severely. In order to suit with the new status after joined in WTO, the organization adjustment in automotive circle shall be speeded up, the technical innovation strength shall be strengthened, the investment and capital absorption system shall be reformed, the consumer-environment for motor vehicles shall be improved, the automotive service and trade system shall be built and specified. The governments shall suit to the situation at that time, change their functions, strengthen the macro-control ability, guide the industrial structure adjustment in automotive circle and make up a policy to give the emphasis on which are the important interprises.
