摘要
从作者亲历的学术造假论文一事出发,分析认为科技期刊编辑在防范学术造假过程中大有可为。结合编辑流程的几个阶段,期刊编辑防范造假论文中的作用主要体现在:宣传与教育,发现与控制,认定与处罚,建档与利用。认为防范学术造假不应仅仅是科技期刊编辑的事,而应是政府部门、科技管理部门、科技评价环境、期刊编辑与图书出版等多个系统与部门通力合作的行为。
Based on the first-hand personal experience of encountering a fraudulent papers, the author hold that sci-tech journal＇ s editor can play an important role in preventing and controlling academie cheating. According the phases of editing process, the editor＇ s role of preventing and controlling fraudulent papers is presented in the aspects of disseminating and educating, finding out and controlling, affirming and punishing, filing and utilizing. Finally, it is not only the business of journal editors to deal with academic cheating, but also a systematic engineering concerned with government, administrative department of science research, science evaluation environment, journal＇s editors, and publishing department.
