摘要
结合国内外泡沫玻璃发展历史,重点介绍了美国和中国泡沫玻璃发展概况,对于泡沫玻璃生产工艺贡献相对较大的美国康宁工艺和中国嘉兴工艺进行了工艺流程对比分析。按代别划分了中国泡沫玻璃生产线的发展历史,详述了每个代别的生产线特点,并且对不同代别泡沫玻璃生产线的生产规模、投资、单位生产成本进行对比。总之,泡沫玻璃行业的发展趋势必须建设高世代生产线,增加产能,提高品质,降低成本,增强竞争力。
Based on the history of foam glass in the world the foam glass development status in The U- nited States and China was introduced. A comparative analysis of foam glass production processes in both Jiaxing of China and The United States, which has made great contribution in this field, was car- ried out. This paper designated the generation of foam glass production lines in China in accordance with its history and described the features of production lines in each generation. The comparison of process scale, investment and unit cost of production amongst different generations was conducted. The conclusion of this review is that the foam glass industry should construct latest generation of production lines to increase production capacity, improve quality, reduce production cost and enhance competi- tiveness.
