摘要
针对工业现场皮带卸料小车人工操作劳动强度大、效率低、安全性差等问题,提出一种基于PLC的自动皮带卸料小车方法,和原来的人工操作方法相比,新方法利用PLC实现了皮带小车卸料的自动控制,并且具有较高的运行效率和可靠性。
Belt tripper has disadvantages of high labor intensity, low efficiency, poor security. A PLC-based automatic belt tripper is presented. Compared with the original manual operation method, the new automatic control of belt tripper is achieved by using PLC, and has higher running efficiency and reliability.
