抗结核药物治疗致Stevens-Johnson综合征患儿的诊治及护理策略

摘要 Stevens-Johnson 综合征（Stevens-Johnson syndrome,SJS）,又称为重症多形红斑,是一种严重的累及全身皮肤和黏膜的罕见疾病.SJS所致的皮肤损害呈对称性,表现为水肿性红斑、水泡、大疱、血疱和淤斑等,广泛分布于身体各部位,尤其以口腔、鼻、咽、眼、尿道、肛门和呼吸道等黏膜损害最为严重,少数病情严重者可因继发感染或合并心脏、肾脏并发症而导致死亡.Roujeau等的文献报道,SJS发生率为0.001％,病死率为10％,且SJS导致的后遗症十分严重,特别是对视觉的损害,可以影响30％～70％存活者,临床上一旦发现SJS,应立即停用可疑的致病药物,并静脉注射大剂量免疫球蛋白或免疫抑制剂[甲泼龙 （methylprednisolone）.
