摘要
目的:分析stathmin 1和HIF1在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和鳞癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测stathmin 1和HIF1在宫颈鳞状上皮、上皮内瘤变和鳞癌中的表达,分析其与临床病理指标的相关性。结果:Stathmin 1在宫颈鳞状上皮、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、鳞癌中的阳性表达率为20.4%、20.7%、21.9%、72.7%和84.3%,CINⅢ级与宫颈鳞癌中stathmin 1表达率较宫颈正常组、CINⅠ级组、CINⅡ级组显著增高。HIF1在正常宫颈鳞状上皮、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、鳞癌中的阳性表达率为17.6%、15.9%、29.3%、73.5%和79.5%,CINⅢ级组与宫颈鳞癌组中HIF1表达率较宫颈正常鳞状上皮组、CINⅠ级组、CINⅡ级组显著增高。Stathmin 1和HIF1在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期宫颈癌中的表达显著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,两者表达之间有关联。结论:Stathmin 1和HIF1表达与宫颈癌的发生和演进有关。
Objective: To evaluate the expression of stathmin 1 and HIF1 protein expression in pre malignant and neoplastic lesions by immunohistochemistry in uterine cervix, and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect protein expression and their correlation to clinicopathological index. Results: The positive expression of stathmin 1 in normal cervical squamous epithelium, CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ , CINⅢ and squamous cell carcinoma were 20.4%, 20.7%, 21.9%, 72.7% and 84.3% respectively, stathmin 1 positive rate of CINⅡ and cervical carcinoma tissues were higher than those of normal epithelium, CINⅠ , CINⅡ tissues and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01). The positive rate of HIF1 in normal cervical squamous epithelium, CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ , CINⅢ and squamous cell carcinoma were 17.6 %, 15.9%, 29.3 %, 73.5% and 79.5% respectively. HIF1 positive rate of CIN Ⅲ and cervical carcinoma tissues were higher than those of normal epithelium, CIN, CIN Ⅱ tissues and the differences were statisti cally significant(P〈0.01). Expression rate of stathmin 1 and HIF1 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ cervical car cinoma were significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Correlationship existed between stath min 1 and HIF1 expression. Conclusion:stathmin 1 and HIF1 expression were related to the devel opment and progression of cervical carcinoma.
