摘要
汉语语用能力是指操汉语者正确理解和使用汉语的技术和能力,他决定了一个人汉语语言能力的实际表现。汉语语用能力的构成涉及到语篇、语体、言语行为、言外之意、礼貌、修辞等六个方面的理解与运用。围绕这六个方面,可以有序开展汉语语用能力评估量表的制定及相关的描述语库建设。重要的是,语用能力的评估不应只针对非汉语母语者,汉语母语者的语用能力评估对推动我国国民语言能力建设也非常重要。
Chinese pragmatic capacity, which decides one＇s actual performance of Chinese lan- guage ability, refers to the skills and ability Chinese speakers have to properly understand and use the Chinese language. The formation of Chinese pragmatic capacity relates to the understanding and use of discourse, style, speech act, illocutionary meaning, politeness and rhetoric. Based on this, we can set out to establish the assessment scale for Chinese pragmatic capacity （ASCPC） and develop its de- scriptors pool. What counts is that ASCPC is not only developed for those who speak Chinese as a second language but also for native Chinese speakers which will mean much in promoting the overall language abilities of Chinese people.
