外固定架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床分析

摘要 目的分析桡骨远端不稳定骨折的外骨架治疗方法的有效性。方法选取32例严重骨缺损植骨的桡骨远端骨折患者,通过外固定支架或辅以克氏针手段进行治疗后临床观察疗效。结果经治疗,21例患者的腕关节功能显示为优,8例患者显示为良,2例患者显示为有效、1例患者显示为差,治愈优良率为91%。结论通过外固定支架治疗患者桡骨远端不稳定骨折具有良好的效果,患者的术后治愈率较高,可在很大程度上恢复患者腕关节的功能,值得临床推广使用。
