摘要
随着现代制冷工业的迅猛发展及社会各行业对制冷要求的日益提高,氨制冷以其特有的绿色无污染、对大气层无破坏、对全球变暖潜能值为零等优点,日益受到众多制冷企业与单位的关注和研究。而相应的,我国对氨制冷企业的相关硬性技术要求与指导却相对不足,仅有《氨制冷系统安装工程施工及验收规范》[1]、《冷库安全规程》[2]和《使用有毒物质作业场所劳动保护条例》[3]等少数规章法规对氨制冷明确标明了相关技术要求。我国很多氨制冷企业长期存在重大安全隐患,研究与发展企业氨制冷的相关技术要求势在必行。
With rapid development and increasing demand of the refrigeration industry, the ammonia refrigeration with these advantages of its no pollution, no damage to the atmosphere and zero potential value on the global warming is paid attention. While the corresponding, the relevant technical requirements and guidances of ammonia refrigeration enterprises in China are relatively insufficiency only with the regulations of 《The ammonia refrigeration system installation engineering construction and acceptance specification》, 《Cold storage safety rules》 and 《The labor protection in workplace using toxic substances regulations》. Many of China's ammonia refrigeration enterprises for a long time are in significant security risks and it is a trend that relevant technical requirements of enterprise for ammonia refrigeration is studied.
