摘要
高校统战政治引导工作是其统战工作的首要任务,是实践科学发展观、团结力量、维护稳定、科学发展的客观要求。当前,高校统战政治引导工作意识较为淡薄、组织不够紧密、内容不够充实、方式欠妥、未形成常态化、规范化的工作状态,政治引导工作未形成真正的内在需求,效果不明显。通过树立正确的政治引导思想意识,改善成员工作作风,创建及完善工作平台,进行工作机制创新等研究,旨在探索新形势下统战政治引导工作的新发展。
The united front political guidance work in colleges and universities is the priority of the united front work and it is the objective requirement of practicing the scientific outlook on development, uniting all forces and maintaining stability. At present, the consciousness of united front political guidance work in colleges and universities is relatively weak and the organization is not quite close together. It has some other problems such as inadequate content, unsuitable methods, unnormal working state and failing to form a true inner demand. This paper explores the new development of united front political guidance work under the new situation, which means to set up the correct political guiding ideology, improve members working style, create and perfect the work platform and innovate the working mechanism.
