摘要
针对电机启动时伴随的大电流、小转矩和不平稳等问题,提出了一种电机分级变频软启动与谐波滤波一体化方法,该方法结合可变电抗技术、分级变频技术和无源谐波滤波技术,介绍了电机分级变频软启动与谐波滤波一体化的原理、拓扑架构和实现方法。在窑磨、煤磨或矿井大型提升设备拖动的电机中应用时,可使该电机在启动过程中的限流和转矩要求得到满足,并在电机软启动过程中及结束后实现动态谐波滤波,在整体上提升高压大功率电机的重载启动性能,节能降耗,保持电网电压稳定,便于工程实现。
The started motors with the discrete frequency converter are characterized by high staring torque and heavy harmonic currents when the motors draw heavy-loads.Therefore, a novel integrated method of motor discrete variable frequency starting and harmonic filtering was presented .The principle of integration of motor discrete variable frequency soft starting and harmonic filtering was analyzed;the topology of the stators was constructed; and the implementation steps were illustrated .The motor starters developed with this method were successfully applied to the loads of the drive equipment in the kiln , coal grinding mill or the mine.It can improve the starting performance when the motors draw the heavy -loads, save energy, stabilize the voltage of the power supply network .
