摘要
目的:探讨PEG-IFN-α-2a联合六味五灵片治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的临床疗效.方法:选择75例HBeAg阳性的CHB患者,随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(37例),观察组给予PEG-IFN-α-2a 180μg,皮下注射1次/wk,同时服用六味五灵片2.0 g,3次/d.对照组给予PEG-IFN-α-2a 180μg皮下注射1次/wk,同时服用甘草酸二胺胶囊,疗程均为24 wk.结果:治疗24 wk后,观察组丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase,AST)和总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)值分别为24.9 U/L±16.6 U/L,21.2 U/L±16.5 U/L和18.1μmol/L±10.1μmol/L均显著低于对照组(44.7 U/L±19.7U/L、49.1 U/L±20.5 U/L和27.2μmol/L±17.4μmol/L,P<0.05),差异均具有显著性意义.治疗过程中,两组患者均未见明显不良反应.结论:PEG-IFN-α-2a联合六味五灵片可以有效地改善肝功能,同时不影响PEG-IFN-α-2a抑制乙型肝炎病毒复制的作用,值得临床推广应用.
AIM： To observe the clinical effect of PEG-IFN- （α-2a combined with Liuweiwuling tablets in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. METHODS： Seventy-five HBeAg positive CHB patients were randomly divided into either a treatment group （n = 38） or a control group （n = 37）. The treatment group was treated with PEG-IFN-α-2a 180 μg （s.c., once a week） and Liuweiwuling tablets, while the control group was treated with glycyrrhizinate capsules on the basis of PEG-IFN-α-2a treatment. The treatment lasted 24 wk in both groups. RESULTS： After 24 wk of treatment, the values of ALT, AST and TBIL in the treatment group （24.9 U/L ± 16.6 U/L, 21.2 U/L ± 16.5 U/L and18.1 μmol/L ± 10.1 μmol/L） were significantly lower than those in the control group （44.7 U/L ± 19.7 U/L, 49.1 U/L ± 20.5 U/L and 27.2 μmol/ L ± 17.4 μmol/L） （P 〈 0.05 for all）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment. CONCLUSION： PEG-IFN-α-2a combined with p Liuweiwuling tablets can improve the liver function, and the efficacy of PEG-IFN-α-2a for suppressing HBV replication is not affected.
