摘要
在对氮化硅粉料进行助烧剂包覆和凝胶注模成型的基础上,研究了冷等静压凝胶注模成型氮化 硅坯体、氧化氮化硅包覆料和气压烧结制度对凝胶皮模成型氮化硅陶瓷的杭弯强度和韦泊尔模数的影响 冷等静压有利干提高凝胶注模成型氮化硅陶瓷的力学性能,合适的粉料氧化制度和烧结制度都能提高材料 的抗弯强度和韦泊尔模数,实验采用优化的工艺,制备出的氨化硅陶瓷的三点弯曲强度和两参数韦伯尔模 数(20个试样)分别高达 944.7±29.5MPa和 33.
Influences of cold isostatic pressing (CIP) gelcast Si3N4 green bodies, oxidizing coated Si3N4 powder and gas pre55ure sintering(GPS) scheme on properties of Si3N4 were studied on the base of coating Si3N4 powder with its sintering aids and gelcasting. It was found that CIP improved mechanical properties of Si3N4 ceramics and proper oxidizing scheme of Si3N4 powder and proper GPS scheme could result in Si3N4 with high performances. By optimizing process, advanced Si3N4 ceramic was prepared with three-point bending strength and two-parameter Weibull modulus as high as 944.7±29.5M Pa and 33.9, respectively.
