摘要
高校思政课教师实践教学能力对思想课实践教学有着重要的影响作用。为提升高校思政课教师实践教学能力,从理论上界定思政课教师实践教学能力的内涵,并着重结合已有的实践经验从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分析具体对策。
College ideological and political course teachers’ practical teaching capability has an important effect on the practical teaching of ideological and political course. In order to improve college ideological and political course teachers’ practical teaching capability, from the theory angle defining the connotation of ideological and political course teachers’ practical teaching capability, and focusing on the existing practical experience analyzing countermeasures from three levels which are macroscopic, mid-gradational and microcosmic.
