摘要
目的:探讨抗精神疾病药物合并氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症临床效果的研究。方法:对60例已患有阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂的患者进行临床数据的研究分析,在原有病情治疗和用药的前提下,随机选取了30例慢性精神分裂患者对其进行氟西汀给药治疗,将其作为实验组,剩下的30例患者作为对照组,治疗的周期为两个半月,共10周。用药期间患者出现的不良反应和治疗效果的标准采用阳性与阴性症状量表和药物治疗过程中出现药物不良反应评定量表进行最后评定。在治疗过程中进行评定的时间段为每隔3、6、10周各评定一次。结果:当患者治疗6周后,实验组的阳性与阴性症状量表的总分和阴性因子分均比对患者给药前的数值有明显的下降,并且实验组患者体重的增加明显比对照组的30例患者的体重增加的小,速度慢。结论:患有慢性精神分裂症的患者,特别是出现阴性症状的患者,在使用抗精神疾病的药物同时联合使用氟西汀可以有效的改善患者的病情,对患者的体重过快增长有着一定的抑制作用,适宜在临床上推广使用。
Objective：To investigate clinical effects of antipsychotic drugs combined with fluoxetine in treatment of chronic schizophrenia. Methods：The clinical data of 60 patients admitted to our hospital and having negative symptoms of chronic schizophre-nia were studied. In the premise of the original disease treatment and medication, 30 cases were treated with fluoxetine and used as ex-perimental group, while the remaining 30 patients were used as control group. The treatment period was two and a half months, that was, a total of 10 weeks. Adverse reactions and therapeutic efficacy during the treatment process were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale and treatment emergent symptom scale every 3, 6, and 10 weeks. Results：6-7 weeks after the treatment, the positive and negative symptom scale score and negative factor scores of experimental group decreased significantly compared to those before the treatment. Moreover, the weight gain of experimental group was smaller and slower than that of control group. Conclusions：The antip-sychotic drugs combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of the patients with chronic schizophrenia, especially for those with the nega-tive symptoms, can effectively improve the patient＇s conditions, and has a certain inhibitory effects on their weight gain. Therefore, it is suitable to be used in clinical practice.
