基于广义既约梯度算法的反铲工作装置优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高挖掘机反铲工作装置的作业性能,对反铲工作装置进行分析,确定影响工作装置性能的关键参数.利用ADAMS软件,通过参数化点坐标的方法建立工作装置虚拟样机模型.将反铲工作装置分解为2组:铲斗机构和动臂、斗杆机构.先优化铲斗机构,然后在铲斗机构最大传动比位置上对动臂、斗杆机构进行优化.将反铲工作装置的力学性能优化目标通过线性加权和法构造为单目标函数,工作范围优化目标转化为约束函数,并以铰点的位置坐标作为优化变量,利用广义既约梯度(GRG)算法,完成了工作装置的多目标优化设计.优化后的模型,其挖掘力、提升力及工作范围等性能均优于原设计方案. For the objective of improving operating performance of excavator working device,the analysis about device was carried out to find key permanents that influence the performances.Then virtual prototype of the working device was built under the ADAMS software by parameterized coordinates.The working device was simplified into two groups:bucket mechanism and boom arm mechanism,optimizing bucket mechanism at first,then boom arm mechanism was optimized in the maximum transmission ratio position of bucket mechanism.A single objective function was constructed by linear weighted sum method using the mechanical properties optimization objectives of the backhoe working device,and working scope optimization objectives were converted to constraint optimization objectives function.The optimization of the working device was finished using the generalized reduced gradient method with the hinge point coordinates as variables.Performances of the proposed device,such as lifting force,digging force and working scope of the optimal model prove better than those of the old design.
