摘要
运用递进因素分析法和层次分析法(AHP)分析绵阳市14个产业园区土地集约利用情况,结果表明,绵阳市国家级产业园区土地集约利用的综合程度最高,指数值为0.009 73;市级园区的土地集约利用程度的综合效果较好,指数值为0.009 14;县级产业园区土地集约利用程度综合评价排名靠后。最后,针对绵阳市产业园区土地集约利用方面提出合理化建议对策。
In the paper, progressive factors analytic method and the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） are used tor analyzmg intensive use of land in 14 industrial parks of Mianyang. The results show that the intensive land use index is 0.009 73 in state-level industrial parks, the index is 0.009 14 in urban-level industrial parks,moreover, the index is the lowest in county-level industrial parks. Finally, some rationalization countermeasures for improving intensive land use of industrial parks of Mianyang are put forward.
