摘要
介绍了紫苏植物资源及所含化学成份。笔者结合所做的研究试验工作 ,对紫苏的开发研究及进展情况进行了综述。
This paper described the plant resources and composition of Perilla. The progress in the research on the seeds and leaves of perilla was also introduced.
