摘要随着2014年美国军事撤离阿富汗的时间节点愈发临近,阿富汗重建问题再次引起广泛的关注。在2014年阿富汗举行自重建以来第三次总统大选的背景下,阿富汗国内政治生态的演进备受关注。阿富汗重建十余年所取得的成绩为阿富汗政治生态的重构奠定了良好的基础,但阿富汗现政权内部矛盾也成为阿富汗重建面临的巨大挑战,而如何处理阿富汗"反叛势力"问题将是阿富汗重建平稳推进并进而实现阿富汗民族和解的关键。 As the 2014 deadline for withdrawal of American military forces from Afghanistan draws near,the issue of Afghanistan's re-construction has come to the forefront once again.Against the background of the country's third post-war Presidential election,which will be held in 2014,the country's changing political context raises key concerns.While progress achieved vis-a-vis reconstruction over the past decade has helped lay a positive foundation for Afghanistan's political environment,growing conflict within the incumbent government presents a major challenge.At the same time,addressing the issue of the 'rebel forces' is key for Afghanistan's realization of reconciliation and peace in the future.
