摘要
利用玉米粉或者淀粉为原料生产柠檬酸 ,存在着液化时间长、酶用量大、滤渣难以处理等问题 .针对这种情况 ,对玉米粉、淀粉混合原料生产柠檬酸进行研究 ,研究结果发现 :以玉米粉、淀粉为原料分别配成 16 %的料浆各自液化后 ,以 1∶9(体积比 )混合 ,发酵产酸可达 14.6 % ,转化率达 96 % .与单纯的玉米粉生产柠檬酸相比 ,酶用量减少 38% ,液化时间缩短 5 0 % 。
There are many difficulties in producing citric acid from corm powder or corn starch,such as the time is too long and the mount of α-amylase is too large during liquefying the corn powder,the filtrate is inclined to decay.To solve these difficulties,we produced this subject.Our conclusions are as follows:Corn powder and starch was liquefied by α-amylase respectively and then been mixed by 1∶9 ( V/V′ ).The fermentation of citric acid by A niger using this mixture as raw material was carried out.The maximum yield of citric acid was 14.6% (W/V) and the conversion rate of glucose to citric acid was 96%.Compared with that of using corn power only,this telenology has two superiorities.For one thing,both the mount of α-amylase and the time spent in liquefying have been saved remarkablely.For another,there is no trouble such as filtering,preventing from decaying.
