摘要
目的 探讨“春卷”样羊膜充填术治疗周边角膜溃疡穿孔的可行性及其疗效.方法 对2010年1月至2012年10月在中山眼科中心就诊的7例单眼患有直径约2 mm的周边角膜穿孔患者施行“春卷”样羊膜填充术.其中,4例患者因病毒性角膜炎发生穿孔,3例患者由于铁屑异物伤导致的非感染性角膜穿孔.结果 术后随访时间为（14.7±9.9）个月（3～ 33个月）,术后最佳矫正视力显著提高（t =4.17,P=0.006）,穿孔部位形成稳定的角膜白斑.结论 “春卷”样羊膜充填术可以有效地替代角膜移植术治疗周边角膜穿孔,特别适用于非中央且排斥风险高的角膜穿孔.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ＂Spring roll＂ anniotic membrane plug for treating peripheral corneal perforations.Methods Seven patients with peripheral comeal perforation of about 2mm diameter were included in this study.Four of them had recurrent herpetic keratitis.Three of them presented with corneal peripheral perforation after removal of an iron corneal foreign body.＂Spring roll＂ amniotic membrane plug was performed to repair the peripheral comeal perforation.Results The patients were followed-up for 14.7±9.9 months （range,3 to 33 months）.Their best corrected visual acuity was remarkably improved （t =4.17,P =0.006） and a stable corneal leukoma was formed.Conclusions ＂Spring roll＂ amniotic membrane plug is a good alternative to comeal transplantation for the treatment of peripheral corneal perforations,especially in cases in which perforation is non-central and corneal graft rejection will be at a high risk.
