摘要
酸性环境对钢筋混凝土结构具有较强的腐蚀作用 ,长期作用下 ,结构的安全性将由于结构的腐蚀损伤而降低 .针对酸性环境下钢筋砼受弯构件进行了整体加速腐蚀试验研究 ,验证了已有钢筋混凝土结构的基本腐蚀理论 ,分析了不同类型、不同浓度酸性介质对结构的腐蚀作用及结构的基本腐蚀损伤过程 ,确立了结构中钢筋腐蚀电流密度随结构服役时间的变化性 ,为建立结构的腐蚀速率模型提供了基本的数据 。
For the service structures under acidic environment,the structural safety will decline due to the corrosion damage by the corrosive agents in the environment.In this paper,research of the accelerated corrosion test of structural bending members under acidic environment is done.Based on the test result,the basic corrosion mechanism of the structures is proved,the corrosion effects by different acidic agents and the basic corrosion damage procedures of the corroded structures are analysed,the variability of the reinforcement corrosion current density is estimated.And basic dates for the establishment of the corrosion rate model are given, which is important for further structural durability analysis of the corroded structures.
