自发荧光检测视网膜相关功能研究进展

摘要 眼底自发荧光是一种非侵入性的眼底成像技术,其可以反映视网膜色素上皮细胞的功能和感光细胞的状态,评价视网膜色素上皮细胞的代谢状况.动态观察眼底自发荧光,有助于对某些与视网膜色素上皮细胞代谢相关的疾病进行诊断、治疗、评估预后及病程随访.文中就眼底自发荧光的机制、种类及其在检测视网膜功能方面的研究进展,作一综述.
