摘要
通过不同变形量的弯曲试验 ,结合X射线衍射对相结构的分析 ,研究了热机械循环对Fe- 17Mn - 5Si- 9Cr- 4Ni记忆合金记忆效应的影响 .结果表明 :热机械循环能显著提高合金的记忆效应 ;当变形量为 4%时 ,经五次循环后 ,相对回复率fsme为 80 .8% ,绝对应变回复率εT 为 3.12 % ;当变形量为 6 %时 ,fsme为 79.3% ,εT 为 4.4% ;随着变形量的增加 ,fsme逐渐减少 ,但绝对回复率相对提高 ;并且亚晶界及晶体内的胞状亚结构逐渐减少 。
This paper deals with the effect of thermomechanical cycles on the shape memory effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni alloy by bending experiment method on different deformation magnitude,combined with microstructure analysis using X-Ray diffraction.It is shown that the shape memory effect of alloy is obviously improved.By means of thermomechanical cycles,i.e.,when deformation magnitude is 4%, f sme is 80.8%, ε r is 3.12%.As the deformation magnitude is increasing, f sme is reducing,but ε r is increasing.While deformation magnitude is 6%, f sme is 79.3% , ε r is 4.4%. Further,surgrain boundary and intergrain cellar structure is reducing,however,size of grains is increased.
