摘要
对强力消毒净用于输液瓶洗涤的效果进行了探讨 ,结果表明其去热原和定性定量杀菌能力与常用的硫酸洗液效果相当 ,残余氯量也符合药典要求 ,可用于输液瓶的洗涤。
Qiangli Xiaodujing mainly contains sodium dichloroiscyanurate and available chlorine content up to 20%.It has detergent,bactericidal and pyrogen-free effects.In laboratory experiment,it showed that Escherichia coli,spore of Bacillus Subtilis Var niger and gyrogen that were in the infusional bottle could be killed 100% with 5% solution of Qiangli Xiaodujing.The available chlorine in 5% solution had decreased 50% after 16 h storage.It can be applied to wash the infusional bottle in hospital.
