摘要
对 12 8例中老年糖尿病患者血清中微量元素锌、铜、铁的含量进行了分析 ,并与正常对照组进行了比较。结果表明 ,血糖正常组和高血糖组的糖尿病患者血清锌水平均低于正常对照组 ,且差异非常显著 ,两病例组间亦有显著差异。血清铜水平则均高于对照组 ,三组间差异非常显著。血清铁水平虽均低于对照组 ,但无统计学上的显著意义。这说明血清中锌、铜、铁的测定可作为该种疾病诊断的参考指标 ,并提示糖尿病患者应以适当补充锌、铁制剂为辅助治疗手段。
Trace element Zn,Cu and Fe in serum of 128 patients with diabetes were analysed and compared with the normal group.The results indicated the serum Zn of blood sugar normal group and high blood sugar group with diabetes is both lower than the normal contrast group.The difference is clear.The content of Cu is higher than the contrast group with distinct difference among the three groups.The content of Fe is lower than the contrast group.The patient suitably replenishes Zn and Fe is the supplementary method to the cure of diabetes.The measurement method to Zn,Cu and Fe can be regarded a diagnosis of diabetes.
