摘要
对直管气流干燥过程建立了沿干燥管高度动态变化的物料速度、物料湿含量、物料温度及空气温度、空气湿度、压力损失等参数的模拟数学模型,对其后续的旋风分离器的主要设计参数建立了简捷计算模型;最终以系统吨处理量的成本为目标函数得到了包括过程操作费用和设备费用在内的优化数学模型;并给出了模型的简单应用范围说明.
Based on the principles of pneumatic flash drying and separating process, a dynamic mathematical model about pneumatic drying process is established. This model includes six parameters such as velocity, moisture contents, temperature of particles, humidity, temperature of air and the pressure drop of the fluid in the drying tube .A design model about separating process is established through a simple method. The target function of cost per ton material processing, including operational cost and equipment cost is obtained in the optimization mathematical model. The application of the model is suggested.
