摘要
实验研究了挤压加工对SiCp/Al复合材料室温力学性质的影响,分析了对应于挤压态和非挤压态复合材料的两种断裂模式. 结果表明:挤压加工可以消除SiCp/Al复合材料半成品中的显微疏松缺陷,提高SiC颗粒在铝合金基体中的分布均匀性,从而改善铝合金基体对SiC颗粒损伤的容限性能,大幅度地提高复合材料的强度和塑性.
The influence of the extrusion process on the mechanical properties of aluminium alloy matrix composites reinforced by SiC particles was studied. Two models of fracture in the composites before extrusion and after extrusion were analyzed. The results indicate that the extrusion process may eliminate the micro-porosity in the composites and make the distribution of SiC particles more homogeneous. Being based on the above reasons, the permissible property of aluminium alloy to the SiC particles's damagement is improved, and the strength and plasticity of the composites are increased greatly.
