摘要
生物可降解型高分子载体控制释放药物和生物可降解型高分子载体靶向药物是近年来高分子药物研究的重点。本文从抗肿瘤活性高分子药物和高分子载体抗肿瘤药物两方面介绍了高分子抗肿瘤药物的进展。
Biodegradable macromolecule carried controlled drug releasing and biodegradable macromolecule carried targeted drug delivery are the focus of recent investigation in macromolecular medicine.The progress in the investigation of macromolecular anti tumor drugs has been reviewed with respect to the anti tumor active macromolecules and macromolecular carried anti tumor drugs.
