摘要
目的:研究花蛇解痒胶囊的止痒、抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:通过组织胺对豚鼠致痒反应观察花蛇解痒胶囊的止痒作用;通过角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿、二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验观察花蛇解痒胶囊的抗炎作用;通过小鼠扭体试验观察花蛇解痒胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:与模型组比较,花蛇解痒胶囊4.3g/kg能提高豚鼠致痒阈,减少搔痒次数,能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿,抑制小鼠棉球肉芽组织增生和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论:花蛇解痒胶囊具有明显的止痒、抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective： To study the effects of Huashejieyang capsule on antipruritic,anti-inflammation and analgesia. Methods： The antipruritic action were observed by pruritus model in guinea pigs induced by histamine phosphate. The anti-inflammatory effects were observed by xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,carrageenan-induced hind paw oedema in rats,the permeability increasing of blood capillary by acetic acid in mice and the cotton-pellet granuloma in mice. The analgesia effect was observed by writhing body method in mice. Results： Compared with the model group,Huashejieyang capsule 4. 3g / kg could increase the response of itch-threshold of guinea pigs and decrease scratching frequency. It could efficiently prevent ears swelling of mice and paw oedema of rats induced by carrageenan. It also had significant inhibitory action on penetration of capillary vessel in mice and the proliferation of granuloma caused by implantation cotton- pellet in mice. It could decrease the twisting reaction times caused by acetic acid. Conclusion： Huashejieyang capsule has the effects of antipruritic,anti-inflammation, analgesia.
