摘要
目的探讨激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)时机的选择与治疗效果的相关性。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月我院收治的DR患者140例(140眼)作为研究对象,根据入院时患者的疾病分期分为DRⅠ期、DRⅡ期、DRⅢ期、DRⅣ期、DRⅤ期、DRⅥ期六组,给予激光光凝治疗后检测各组视力变化情况,并对视力增加值与疾病分期进行相关性分析。结果治疗后2周、4周、6周、8周和12周时,视力增加值均为DRⅠ期>DRⅡ期>DRⅢ期>DRⅣ期>DRⅤ期>DRⅥ期,并且与治疗时DR患者的疾病分期均呈负相关关系(均为P<0.05)。结论激光光凝术治疗DR时机越早,视力恢复越好,疗效也越确切。
Objective To study the correlation between treating time and therapeutic effects of laser photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods A total of 140 cases（ 140 eyes）with DR during January 2011 and December 2012 in our hospital were chosen, based on the DR stages, the patients were divided into six group including stage Ⅰ group, stage Ⅱ group, stage Ⅲ group, stage Ⅳ group, stage Ⅴ group and stage VI group. Then visual acuity was observed after laser photocoagulation, and the correlation between visual acuity increase and DR stages were analyzed. Results At postoperative 2 weeks ,4 weeks ,5 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,visual acuity increased values showed DR stage Ⅰ 〉 DR stage Ⅱ 〉 DR stage Ⅲ〉 DR stage Ⅳ 〉 DR stage Ⅴ 〉 DR stage Ⅵ, and which was negative correlated with DR stage when treating with laser photocoagulation （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The time of Laser photocoagulation for DR is earlier,the recovery of visual acuity and curative effect are better.
