摘要
根据沈阳市 1 991年至 1 998年获奖科技成果转化情况的调查资料 ,采用统计分析 ,利用二次指数平滑法建立科技成果转化率的趋势模型 ,用于对今后若干年我市科技成果转化率区间预测 ,并给出了预测的可靠性 .
According to the investigated data of shenyang's scientific and technological achievements from 1991 to 1998,by means of quadratic index smoothing,this paper gives a trend model.This model can be used to predict the interval of the transforming rate of scientific and technological achievements.The reliability of the prediction is also given.
