还原扩散法制取TbFe_2的研究

摘要 探讨了还原扩散法与传统的纯金属混熔法的不同 ,阐述了还原扩散法制取 Tb Fe2 的优点 .并且在不同的条件下制得了 Tb Fe2 .还原扩散反应温度、保温时间、还原剂的加入量以及 Fe的粒度对还原扩散反应率有影响 ,在 1 32 3K,保温 2 5 .2 ks( 7h)还原扩散反应率最好 .还原剂 Ca的加入量以理论需要量的 1 .5倍最佳 ,随着 Fe粉粒度的增大还原扩散反应率降低 . The difference between reduction diffusion and pure metal mixing melting is discussed.The advantage of preparation TbFe 2 by reduction diffusion is stated.TbFe 2 is made at different condition.The influence of reduction diffusion temperature,heat preservation time,reducing agent quantity and Fe powder granularity on the redution diffusion reaction rate is studied.Reductin diffusion reaction rate had been best at 1 323 K,25 2 ks Reducing agent quantity had best be 1 5 times of theoretical value.Fe powder granularity should not be too big.Reduction diffusion reaction rate would be reduced with Fe powder granularity increaseing.
