摘要
在无乳化剂条件下,以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG-2400)为功能单体、乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)为交联单体,己二胺(HDA)为交联剂,通过半连续种子乳液聚合方法制备系列室温自交联型阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。采用FT-IR对交联反应前后聚合物的结构进行表征;考察APEG-2400及AAEM的用量对聚合过程、乳液性质及涂膜基本性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量APEG-2400可制备出性质稳定、粒径分布范围窄的阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液;AAEM-HDA室温自交联体系能改善阳离子聚丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜的耐水性,提高其抗张强度,同时降低断裂伸长率;室温自交联型阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液涂膜的耐水性更加优异。
A series of ambient temperature self - crosslinkable cationic acrylate copolymer emulsifier - free latexes were syn- thesized by semi - continuous seed emulsion copolymerization, with allyl polyethylene glycol ( APEG - 2400) as functional mono- mer, acetyl acetyethyl methacrylate (AAEM) as crosslinkable monomer and hexamethylenediamine as the crosslinker. FTIR spec- trum shows that all monomer units and crosslinked structure exist in the film. The effects of the dosages of APEG -2400 and AAEM on copolymerization stability, latex properties and film performance were studied. The results indicate that a stable cationic acrylate copolymer emulsifier - free latex with particle size in narrow range is obtained by adding appropriate dosages of APEG - 2400. Ambient temperature self - crosslinkable system of AAEM - HDA enhances tensile strength and water resistance of goal films, and reduces elongation at break of goal films. The water resistances of ambient temperature self - crosslinkable cationic polyacrylates emulsifier - free latexes films are more excellent than that of conventional ones.
