摘要
通过介绍在数控加工过程中自动编程与手工编程的区别、编制过程及联系 ,得出掌握数控加工编程的技巧 ,选择合理的编程方法 ,编制出合理的加工程序 ,是保证零件的精度及提高生产效率的关键措施 .
In the paper,the differences, the process and the relationship between automatic and manual programming are introduced at first. Then some techniques to choose rational programming method to form optimal machining program are given. The techniques are proved to be useful in practice to guarantee the machining precision and to increase the production efficiency.
