摘要
目的研究尼群洛尔治疗社区轻中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法采用多中心、开放设计,单一治疗组的前瞻性设计,征募合格的社区原发性高血压患者2997例,使用尼群洛尔治疗6月,记录患者的血压、生化指标测量值、不良反应、严重事件。结果男女性收缩压分别下降(22.7±12.4)、(23.0±12.6)mm Hg,舒张压分别下降(12.6±8.6)、(12.5±8.9)mm Hg;男女性治疗总有效率分别为88.1%、88.0%,控制率分别为84.2%、87.9%。男女性心率平均下降(7±9)次/min。总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著下降;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖的下降无统计学意义。治疗期间总计有5.47%的患者发生不良反应,多数是轻中度不良反应。总计12人发生严重不良事件,其中2例与尼群洛尔有关,分别是心动过缓、药物性皮疹,均恢复正常。结论长期口服尼群洛尔治疗社区轻中度原发性高血压具有较好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets in community- dwelling patients with mild-to-moderate essential hypertension. Methods This is a prospective, multicenter, open- labeled and single-arm study. A total of 2997 eligible subjects were recruited to receive the nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets （5 mg/10 mg） for 6 months. The blood pressure, biochemical indicators, adverse reactions and adverse events were followed up. Results After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressures were reduced re- spectively by （22.7±12.4） and （12.6±8.6） mm Hg in males, and by （23.0±12.6） and （12.5±8.9） mm Hg in females. The overall effective rates were 88.1% and 88.0%/4 for males and females, respectively. 84.2% and 87.9% of the patients attained their blood pressure goal of below 140/90 mm Hg for males and females, respective- ly. The heart rate was decreased by {7 4-9） beats/min for both genders （P〈0.05）. The total cholesterol, tri- glyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels decreased. No significant reduction was observed for low density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 5.47%. Serious adverse events were observed in 12 cases. And of them two patients suffered from bradyarrhythmia and drug rash, which related to nitrendipine/atenolol combination tablets. Conclusion The nitrendipine/atenolol com- bination tablets were effective and safe for the treatment of community-dwelling patients with mild to moderate es- sential hypertension.
