摘要
该文应用多体动力学对某高炮进行了减振研究 ,建立了考虑连发效应、动力响应和结构特性的高炮多体动力学模型 ,并采用带有操作指令的软件可仿真计算火炮系统的动态特性 ,结果表明 ,增加起落部分的转动惯量和改变炮身的凸肩位置可以显著地减小高炮连发射击时的炮身振动 。
Multi body dynamics with its application in the vibration reduction for antiaircraft gun is studied in this paper.The gun dynamic model is set up in which uninterrupted fire activities,dynamic response and constituent properties are considered.The dynamic properties of the gun system which are estimated from the software compiled from majority operations are simulated.The results analyzed by numerical simulations show that the barrel's vibrations caused by uninterrupted fire are obviously cut down by raising up the inertia moment for recoiling parts and alternating the location of the barrel protrusion,which can reduce the gun tube muzzle disturbance.The conclusion is made to increase the gun fire accuracy and guide the gun structural design.
