摘要
透射电镜明场像、暗场像和选区电子衍射研究表明 ,绿纤石纳米微粒在葡萄石晶体中呈透镜状聚集体分布于葡萄石晶体的结构缺陷中 ,其聚集机制至少存在两种形式 :一是依 [1 0 0 ]方向形成平行连生 ,二是以 (1 0 0 )为双晶面、[1 0 0 ]为双晶轴形成面律双晶。研究方法对研究块体材料中纳米微粒的物理化学行为具有指导意义。
The shape and mechanism of aggregation of nanocrystalline pumpellyite have been studied with bright field image, dark field image, and selected area electron diffraction under the transmission electron microscope. The result shows that the mechanism of lens-like aggregation of nanocrytstalline pumpellyite occurring on the structural defect of prehnite, is at least the following two kinds: One is parallel intergrowth along [100] axis; another is plane law twin with (100) as twin plane and [100] as twin axis. The research method in the paper has some guide significance for studying the physical and chemical behavior of nanopaticles in the body materials.
